This vehicle derived its name from the famous antelope known for its toughness and sure-footed dexterity.

Fox Light Commercial Armoured Pick-Up

DTM can also offer its clients the Fox, a light commercial 4x4 armoured pick-up vehicle, available in Nissan NP300 or Toyota Land Cruiser drive-train. This B4 ballistic protected pick-up can comfortably seat driver + 3. The turret can accommodate a 7.62LMG and 40MM smoke grenade launcher.

Springbuck® VI APC 6-Cylinder 3-Door

The Springbuck VI APC, which derived its name from the famous antelope known for its toughness and sure-footed dexterity, is owned in its design and entirety by DTM.

This permanent 4x4 with its powerful MWM 6 litre engine carries driver +10. With B6 ballistic protection upgradeable to B7, the all-steel armoured v-shaped hull is designed to withstand a TM57 landmine under the hull or two under any wheel. The standard configuration can be easily adapted to various applications and by the addition of turret-mounted weaponry the vehicle can be effectively used as a combat vehicle. Using internationally available drive-line components for assured reliability as well as availability of parts.

Originally developed as an internal security and public order vehicle, the RG-12 has proved to be highly effective in a number of other applications such as command vehicle, cash-in-transit vehicle, bullion carrier, tactical rescue vehicle, armoured ambulance, armoured logistics vehicle, and surveillance vehicle. In excess of 700 vehicles are in service in several countries worldwide.

Offering a high degree of armoured protection, excellent on- and off-road mobility, versatility and outstanding in-service economy, the RG-12 carries a driver, commander and between six and ten personnel. The welded all-steel armoured hull is of monocoque construction with all fittings welded or bolted to the hull.
